One balance pays for anything that costs us AI or voice time. A message to Ivy is 1 credit, a tailored CV is 10, drafted answers for one application are 15, and interviews or calls are 3 a minute. Everything else is free.
Credits you buy in a pack last until the end of the current application season. Plus credits reset each month and don't roll over, and Plus credits are always used before bought ones.
Yes. Tap "Ask a parent to pay" and you get a secure Stripe checkout link for your account that works for 7 days. Send it however you like.
If you haven't used a credit pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days. Just email hello@intake.ink. You can cancel Plus any time and it stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.
If you get free school meals or a 16 to 19 bursary, apply in the app with a short note and, if you like, some evidence. A real person reviews it, usually within 48 hours, and you get Plus for free. Evidence is deleted within a day of the decision.
Intake drafts answers from things you've actually done and shows the source under every line. You edit and submit them yourself. It never sits tests or interviews for you.
